How the CRCC uses GenAI
The CRCC may use government-approved GenAI tools to improve efficiency and enhance our services.
The following are examples of how the CRCC may use GenAI:
- translating and editing emails, messages and documents to ensure plain and inclusive language
- conducting preliminary research
- reviewing and summarizing research materials
- producing images for web content and presentations
The following are examples of how the CRCC does not use GenAI:
- to process or review public complaints using public tools
- to make findings, recommendations, or decisions with respect to the public complaint and review process
- to prepare legal and policy advice
