On June 12, 2026, paragraph 771 (page 170) of Appendix A, Commission’s Interim Report, was amended for accuracy: "Violence Against Women Case Reviews (VACR)" was changed to "Violence Against Women Advocate Case Review (VACR)."

This correction does not alter the CRCC’s analysis, findings, or recommendations.
